Q: Do i need to create an account to place an order?

A: Yes you need to create an company account to place an order with us.

Q: Why do i need to wait up to 2 days to have my account approved?

A: We, as a professional provider of aesthetic medical devices, have a responsibility to secure that we only supply aesthetic medical devices to professionals; hereunder aesthetic clinics, hospitals and wholesalers within the aesthetic field.

Q: How do I /create an account?

A: Please click on “Customer Login” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your company and personal particulars.

Q: How do I order?

A: Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases.

Q: How do I pay for my orders?

A: We accept only payment via Direct Bank Transfers. For customers from the EU countries the most convenient and cheap method of transferring the payment is SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area).

Q: Is it safe to receive payment by bank transfer?

A: Bank transfers are safe but always wait to post until the working day after receiving payment. if you are not clear when you check your bank statement online whether payment was sent as a bank transfer (and in reality most banks show this clearly) then phone your bank and check.

Q: Can i order from you if i am outside of Europe (EU)?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. We try to comply with all internal regulations of each country, but it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware if he can use and receive the product or there is a restriction or customs duty.

Q: Can i get a refund from your company if something gets wrong with my parcel?

A: According to the policy of our company, we can process refund only if the shipment is not received within 14 days. Mostly, if the parcel gets lost for more than 7 days, we will do a reshipment at the expense of the company while the investigation is held by the shipping company.

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: The shipping takes at around 2-3 business days. Mainly, your order will be shipped on the next day after your order is processed.

Q: How much does the shipping cost?

A: The shipping cost is 50€ (Finland 10 Euro) if the receiver is located in the EU countries. If the receiver is located outside of the EU, the shipping cost is 65 Euro.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All prices you see on our website are in Euros (EUR).

Q: Do your prices include VAT?

A: All prices are VAT exclusive. If you do not have a valid VAT number (only for EU), then 24% will be added to the total amount of your order.

Q: What is VAT?

A: VAT – value-added tax number. We need to be able to state our customers’ VAT number.

Q: Why do you have such low prices?

A: We are a wholesale company and due to large volumes and the price difference in different markets, we can offer a significantly lower price.

Q: Are the products original?

A: All our products are 100% authentic and CE-certified, which guarantee quality and reliability of the brand, which complies with European standards
