aesPlla@ is a Poly L-Lactic Acid based injectable dermal filler. This filler has been developed to fill the lost volume with stimulating collagenesis. The main ingredient of aesPlla® PLLA, has been used for more than 20 years in medical devices, including dissolvable stitches. Since aesPlla® is comprised of synthetic materials, there is no need for allergy testing prior to treatment.

Formulated with a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer, the injectable stimulates collagen production to help volumise and smooth. Offering gradual results, the bio-stimulatory treatment works to correct the appearance of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and facial wrinkles. Subsequent results may be observed from four weeks post-treatment, lasting up to 3 years.

aesPlla® provides a natural-looking solution to volume loss, utilising PLLA to stimulate collagen production for gradual volumisation and rejuvenation. The treatment is ideal for patients 30+ who are concerned with skin ageing, dermal deficiencies, laxity and areas prone to volume loss, such as the cheeks, temples, nasolabial and marionette lines.
Treating facial volume loss using aesPlla® is a gradual process that requires 3-4 treatments, spaced four weeks apart, in order to achieve optimal volumisation.
